1. Eligibility

Use of pirated or illegal content is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Usage
An account is required to access CallAtlas services.
You must provide accurate registration details.
You are responsible for all activity under your login credentials.
Notify CallAtlas immediately of unauthorized access or security issues.
3. Service Access & Intellectual Property
All content on the CallAtlas website is owned by CallAtlas or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the services or content.
Intellectual property rights remain with CallAtlas.
4. Modifications
CallAtlas may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use implies acceptance of the revised terms.
It is your responsibility to review updates regularly.
5. Payments & Refunds
Services are paid in advance via wallet balance.
Wallet must be topped up to continue service.
No refunds are provided for any reason, including auto-recharge payments.
Rare exceptions may be made at CallAtlas’s sole discretion.
6. Auto-Charge
Auto-recharge charges your card when wallet balance drops below a set threshold.
You can disable this feature anytime in billing settings.
7. Content Restrictions & Prohibited Use
Do not use CallAtlas for:
Illegal or abusive activities.
Fraud, spam, or deceptive practices.
Sending unsolicited messages or violating Do-Not-Call laws.
Hosting malware or unauthorized access attempts.
Harassing or misleading communication.
Use must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Data Privacy & Communication
You agree to receive communication via email or other contact methods.
Data may be processed in the United States.
Privacy practices are covered under the CallAtlas Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Links & Ads
CallAtlas is not responsible for third-party content or websites.
Use of third-party links is at your own risk.
10. Termination
CallAtlas may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
No refunds or data access after termination.
Number porting will not be honored for terminated accounts.
11. Confidentiality
Users must not disclose any confidential business or technical information.
Confidential obligations continue after account termination.
12. Non-Compete Clause
You may not work with or support any direct competitor of CallAtlas.
Restrictions apply during and for 5 years after service termination.
13. Legal Disputes & Arbitration
Governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
Disputes over $1,000 must be resolved by binding arbitration.
You waive the right to jury trials or court appeals (except for small claims).
14. Claims, Subpoenas & Indemnity
You must notify CallAtlas of claims before legal action.
You agree to pay costs for subpoenas related to your account.
You agree to indemnify CallAtlas against any misuse of the platform.
